To register and maintain an account on 388com, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

388com accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following approved payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically credited to your 388com account within seconds of confirmation from the payment provider. 388com does not charge transaction fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — please check with your provider before depositing.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within an average of 5 to 15 minutes once the withdrawal request has been approved. Bank IBFT withdrawals are processed within the same business day for requests received before 6:00 PM PKT. 388com does not guarantee withdrawal timing where delays are caused by payment provider systems outside our control.

• One bonus per household and IP address: Bonus offers are limited to one per individual, household, shared device, and shared IP address. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is a breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure.
• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a specified multiple of the bonus amount that must be staked before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. 388com may modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice to members. This does not affect bonus funds already credited to accounts where wagering has commenced in good faith prior to any modification.

All bets placed on 388com are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, and game type. These rules are displayed within the relevant product section of the platform. The following general betting rules apply across all 388com products:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the 388com system. You may not cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted, except where a Cash-Out option is available and you choose to exercise it before the event concludes.
• Minimum bet amounts vary by product. The minimum single sports bet is Rs 200. Minimum bet amounts for other products are displayed within each respective game or market.
• Maximum winnings limits apply per bet, per event, and per day on specific markets. Maximum payout limits are displayed in the relevant product terms. 388com reserves the right to limit the amount any individual can wager on particular events or markets without prior notice.

• All 388com casino and card game results are determined by independently certified RNG systems. These outcomes are not influenced by 388com, its staff, or any player's previous results.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 388com. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to interact with the platform outside of normal player activity.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, system vulnerabilities, or misconfigured odds to gain an unfair advantage.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 388com platform for personal gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any 388com content without explicit written permission from 388com.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, 388com will notify the member via their registered email address and provide a reasonable timeframe for the member to respond. If the investigation concludes that a breach has occurred, the account may be closed and any associated balance may be withheld or forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting 388com support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance will be refunded to your registered payment method provided all verification requirements have been satisfied and no active bonus wagering obligations remain outstanding.

388com may also close the platform, suspend services, or withdraw access from specific regions with reasonable notice to members where operationally necessary. In such cases, member balances will be returned in full.

388com provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times. While we work to maintain the highest levels of uptime and platform stability, temporary outages may occur due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 388com shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of anticipated profits, winnings, or bonuses resulting from platform downtime or technical errors beyond 388com's reasonable control.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
